Ingredients for Sugar free rice pudding recipes
- Cooked rice: 1 cup
- Butter: ½ cup (melted)
- Milk: 1-½ cups
- Eggs: 3 (separated)
- Sweetener: 1 cup
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- Raisins: ½ cup
Method of preparation for Sugar free rice pudding recipes:
In a bowl, combine rice, butter, milk, eggs and sweetener and mix well. Add vanilla extract and raisins and mix thoroughly. Pour into a casserole. Bake at 350 F until firm at center. (about 35 minutes).
