Ingredients for Shrimp Stir Fry With Chinese Cabbage, Carrots and Broccoli Recipes
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped garlic: 1 tsp
- Low sodium soy sauce: ΒΌ cup
- Peanut oil: 1 tsp
- Ginger: 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Chinese cabbage: 1 cup (thinly sliced)
- Carrots: 1 cup (thinly sliced)
- Broccoli florets: 1 cup (cut into small pieces)
- Shrimp: 1 pound (peeled and divined)
Method of preparation for Shrimp Stir Fry With Chinese Cabbage, Carrots and Broccoli Recipes:
Heat a large skillet or a wok and accommodate all the ingredients over medium high heat. Add garlic, peanut oil and ginger and stir well for 30 seconds. Then raise the heat to high and add cabbage. Then add carrot, broccoli and shrimp quickly one after the other stirring each time. Season with pepper. Add the soy sauce and cook until the shrimp is fully cooked and opaque. (About 2 minutes.)
