Ingredients for Paneer kabab recipes
- Paneer: 30 cubes
- Cherry tomatoes: 18
- Green bell peppers: 3 (cut into 2″ squares)
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Garlic paste: 2 tsp
- Chilly powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
- Coriander powder: 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp (roasted)
- Salt to taste
- Lemon to garnish
Method of preparation for Paneer kabab recipes:
Take yogurt in a bowl and mix coriander powder, cumin powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Make it into a smooth paste. Add paneer cubes to this and allow them to marinate for about 1 hour. On wooden barbeque skewers, alternate cubes of paneer, cherry tomatoes and green bell peppers squares.
