Ingredients for Palak Paneer Recipes

Method of preparation for Palak Paneer Recipes:

Wash palak well and chop it. Boil palak and chopped green chilies and let them cool. Then grind them into a fine paste. Roast kasuri methi on a pan and powder it by rubbing it between your palms.

In a kadai fry onions till brown. And then add ginger garlic paste and fry for some more time. Also add chopped tomatoes and fry them till the oil shows on top. Now add kasuri methi and palak paste to it and fry. Add milk, cream and diced paneer and add salt and cook for 5 minutes. Before serving add 1 tbsp of butter (optional). Serve hot with naan or paratha.
