Mutter Paneer Recipes
Ingredients for Mutter Paneer Recipes
- Green peas: 2 cups (boiled)
- Butter or oil: 3 tbsp
- Cumin seeds: ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
- Onion: 1 (chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Tomatoes: 3 (chopped)
- Cardamom: 1
- Cloves: 2
- Curd: ¼ cup (beaten)
- Coriander powder: 1tsp
- Red chilly powder: 1 tsp
- Garam masala: ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Paneer pieces: 1 cup (fried)
Method of preparation for Mutter Paneer Recipes:
Blend onion, ginger garlic paste, cardamom, cloves and tomatoes to a smooth paste. Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter. To this add turmeric and ground paste and allow it to cook till it is turns light brown. Add some water if required and then add curds, dry powders, boiled peas and salt. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes and add paneer. Simmer the stove and let it cook for 5 –6 minutes. Remove from the heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rotis or rice.
