Ingredients for Lyceum berry smoothie recipes
- Milk thistle seeds: 1 tsp (finely ground)
- Lycium berries: 1/3 cup
- Lemon juice: 1 ½ tbsp
Method of preparation for Lyceum berry smoothie recipes:
Grind the milk thistle seeds and soak in pure water overnight. Put the lycium berries in a blender and blend them well. Add the milk thistle seeds and water in which they have been soaking. Add lemon juice if desired.
Serve hot with coconut chutney, Sambar or tomato chutney.
