Ingredients for Fried rice recipes

Method of preparation for Fried rice recipes:

Boil the rice till each grain is separate, drain it and cool in a plate. Now take a pan and heat the oil. Fry all the vegetables except spring onions. Stir fry till crisp. Add spring onions and sauces to it. Mix well and pour over the rice. Mix well the rice and vegetables and add the required quantity of sauces and salt as per taste. Just before serving, heat the fried rice well in microwave or oven.

Serve hot with Manchurian vegetable or sweet sour.
