Ingredients for Fire Roasted Salsa Recipes
- Tomatoes: 4
- Sweet onion: 1 (large)
- Green peppers: 2
- Jalapeno chili peppers: 2
- Olive oil: 2 tbsp
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Method of preparation for Fire Roasted Salsa Recipes:
This is best done on a charcoal grill. Cut the onion into half and peel out the outer layer. Take tomatoes, onions and peppers in a plate and brush with olive oil. Season with pepper and put all the ingredients on a charcoal grill. Char outside of peppers and tomatoes. Cook for about 15 minutes turning all the ingredients every couple of minutes. Remove from grill and keep them. Cut the jalapeno chili peppers into half and remove seeds and stem. In a blender, blend all ingredients till they become thick and serve.
