Ingredients for Cucumber radish relish recipes
- Medium cucumbers: 2 (peeled and seeded- cut into ¼ inch cubes)
- Red radishes: 8 (cleaned and grated)
- Red onion: 1/3 cup (minced)
- Fresh cilantro: 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Fresh limejuice: 3 tbsp
- Cayenne pepper: 1/8 tsp
Method of preparation for Cucumber radish relish recipes:
In a medium size bowl, combine cucumbers, radishes, red onion, fresh cilantro, limejuice and pepper. Mix them well and refrigerate. Serve chill.
It’s a healthy dish for diabetic patients.
