Ingredients for Colorful oven vegetables recipes
- Butter: 1/3 cup
- Dried thyme: ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper: ¼ tsp
- Cauliflower: 3 cups
- Broccoli florets: 2 cups
- Medium carrots: 6
- Small onions: 3 (quartered)
Method of preparation for Colorful oven vegetables recipes:
Place butter in a shallow baking dish and bake it at 400 F until it melts. Stir in thyme, salt and pepper. Add the vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes or vegetables is crisp tender. Serve hot.
