Ingredients for Cilantro Cream Sauce
- cilantro: 1 bunch fresh, chopped
- cream cheese: 1 (8 ounce) package, softened
- fresh lime juice: 1 tablespoon
- sour cream: 1 tablespoon
- tomatillo salsa: 1 (7 ounce) can
- black pepper:1 teaspoon, fresh ground
- celery salt: 1 teaspoon
- ground cumin: 1/2 teaspoon
- garlic powder: 2 teaspoons
Method of preparation for Cilantro Cream Sauce:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor for processing until smooth. Then place the smooth paste in a serving bowl and serve it.
