Ingredients for Chicken Marsala Recipes
- Mushrooms: ½ cup (sliced)
- Black pepper: 1/8 tsp
- Fresh parsley: 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Salt: ¼ tsp
- Flour: ¼ cup
- Chicken breasts: 4 (boned, skinless)
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Marsala wine: ¼ cup
- Chicken stock: ½ cup
Method of preparation for Chicken Marsala Recipes:
In a bowl, mix together pepper, salt and flour. Coat chicken with seasoned flour. In a heavy bottomed skillet, heat oil. Fry the chicken in the skillet until it becomes brown and keep them aside.
To the same skillet add wine and heat for some time. Add juice, stock and mushrooms. Stir to toss, reduce heat and cook for about 10 minutes until the sauce is partially reduced.
Return chicken pieces to the skillet, spoon sauce over chicken. Cove and cook for about 5-10 minutes. Serve sauce over chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
