But you may not be feeling like putting in all that effort to make a sweet dish. Here are two easy picnic dessert recipes which taste great.</p>
<p><strong>Sweet Berry Blast Dessert</strong><br />
<strong><br />
<em>Ingredients</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 ½ cup strawberries</li>
<li>1 cup raspberries</li>
<li>1 cup blueberries</li>
<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract</li>
<li>4 teaspoons sugar</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Instructions</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Wash all the fruits. Cut the strawberries.</li>
<li>In a bowl, mix vanilla extract and sugar.</li>
<li>Add the fruit and toss. All the fruit should be covered with vanilla and sugar.</li>
</ul>
<p>You can use more or less sugar depending on your taste. You can also use brown sugar.</p>
<p><strong>Coca Cola Cake</strong><br />
<strong><br />
<em>Ingredients</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 cups all-purpose flour</li>
<li>½ cup buttermilk</li>
<li>1 cup unsalted butter</li>
<li>1 teaspoon vanilla</li>
<li>1 ¾ cups granulated sugar</li>
<li>3 tablespoons cocoa</li>
<li>1 teaspoon baking soda</li>
<li>2 eggs</li>
<li>1 cup coca cola</li>
<li>1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><em>Instructions</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Mix all ingredients except coca cola and marshmallows in a large bowl.</li>
<li>Blend at low speed, and then mix for 1 minute at medium speed.</li>
<li>Add cola. Blend well.</li>
<li>By hand, stir in marshmallows. Pour batter into a greased 9&#215;13-inch pan.</li>
<li>Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.</li>
<li>Cool for 30 minutes then spread with Cola Icing.</li>
</ul>

Cola Icing</strong><br />

<em>Ingredients</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>½ cup soft butter</li>
<li>3 Tablespoons cocoa</li>
<li>1/3 cup cola</li>
<li>4 cups powdered sugar</li>
<li>1 cup chopped, toasted pecan or walnuts</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><em>Instructions</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Mix all the ingredients except the nuts and beat until smooth.</li>
<li>Stir in the nuts.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Smoothie Recipes:</strong></p>
<p><strong>1. Strawberry Mango</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong>
<ul>
<li>1 cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries</li>
<li>½ cup mango, cubed</li>
<li>¼ cup orange juice</li>
<li>Ice cube according to need</li>
<li>1 tsp. honey ( optional)
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Process:  </strong>Place all ingredients in blender and blend them together. 12 ounce of smoothie will be prepared.</p>
<p><strong>2. Lemon  Strawberry</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong>
<ul>
<li>1 whole lemon peeled and deseeds</li>
<li>4 fresh sliced strawberries</li>
<li>1 tsp. sugar</li>
<li>1/8 cup of water</li>
<li>Ice cubes according to need</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Process: </strong>Place all ingredients in blender and blend them together. 12 ounce of smoothie will be prepared.</p>
<p><strong>3. Strawberry Frost:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 can of sweetened condensed milk</li>
<li>1 container plain yogurt</li>
<li>6 frozen strawberry juices (concentrate)</li>
<li>Ice cubes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Process: </strong>In blender container add condensed milk, yogurt and strawberry juice. Blend them properly. Keep the blender running and add ice cubes. Blend mixture until it becomes smooth. 4 serving can be made from this mixture.</p>
<p><strong>4. Double Strawberry</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>½ cup fresh strawberries</li>
<li>½ cup straw berry milk</li>
<li>1 cup vanilla yogurt</li>
<li>¾ cup milk</li>
<li>Whipped toppings</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Process:  </strong>Except topping blend together all ingredients in blender. Blend them well until they become smooth. Make 2 servings in large glasses. While serving, decorate smoothie with toppings.</p>
<p><strong>5. Strawberry Chocolate</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong>
<ul>
<li>½ cup chocolate frozen yogurt</li>
<li>¾ cup strawberry yogurt</li>
<li>½ cup sliced frozen sliced strawberries</li>
<li>1 tsp. sugar (optional)</li>
<li>Ice cubes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Process:</strong> Place all ingredients in blender and blend them together. Blend them until it becomes smooth. You can make 1 large serving of smoothie.</p>

<strong>Process: </strong>Preheat the oven at 360deg and grease a loaf pan for baking. Now, mash bananas in a large bowl. Add sugar, vanilla and water to it and mix them well. In other medium size bowl, mix flour baking powder and salt together. Now pour flour mixture in banana and mix them well. You can also add walnuts, choco chips anything you like in the paste prepared. Now pour this batter in a prepared loaf pan. Bake it for 55-60 minutes until the inserted toothpick comes out clearly.</p>

</strong><strong>Healthy Pumpkin Carrot Raisins Muffins<br />
</strong><strong>Ingredients:</strong>

<li>11/4 cups whole wheat flour
</li>
<li>2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
</li>
<li>½ cup rolled oat
</li>
<li>1 teaspoon baking soda
</li>
<li>2teaspoon baking powder
</li>
<li>1 cup pumpkin
</li>
<li>¾ cup whole milk
</li>
<li>1teaspoon salt
</li>
<li>1 egg
</li>
<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract
</li>
<li>11/2 cup grated carrot
</li>
<li>½ cup raisins
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Process: </strong>First mix spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt in one bowl. In another bowl mix pumpkin, egg, milk and vanilla extract. Combine the two extracts and add in carrots and raisins to it. Now bake this batter for at least 35 minutes until top gets firm.</p>

<li>¾ cup granulated sugar
</li>
<li>½ cup refrigerated liquid egg substitute
</li>
<li>1/3 cup low fat milk
</li>
<li>8ounce crushed pineapple
</li>
<li>½ cup coconut extract
</li>
<li>Toasted coconut
</li>
<li>Sliced fresh fruit
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Process: </strong>First preheat oven at 350deg. And coat a loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon and reserve it. Now beat banana, sugar and egg together at medium-high speed. And on medium-low speed beat reserve mixture with1/3 cup milk until they combine. Now add pineapple to it. Transfer it to pan and bake for 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool it for 10 minutes and garnish with fruit and coconut
