Ingredients for Canyon ranch guacamole recipes
- Shredded cabbage: 4 cups
- Green pepper: ½ cup (chopped)
- Onion: ¼ cup (chopped)
- Vinegar: 1/3 cup
- Cooking oil: 1 tbsp
- Sugar: 1 tbsp
- Celery seed: ½ tsp
- Dry mustard: ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation for Canyon ranch guacamole recipes:
Wash and soak urad dal and rice separately for 3-4 hours. Grind them separately by adding required quantity of water. Mix idly rava, urad dal and salt for taste. The batter should not be watery and it should be fermented for 16-18 hours. The fermented batter should be cooked for 10-15 min in greased moulds and soft idly will be ready to eat.
Serve hot with coconut chutney, Sambar or tomato chutney.
