Ingredients for Canyon Ranch Guacamole Recipes

• Freshly ground black pepper: ¼ tsp
• Asparagus: 2 cups (chopped and lightly steamed)
• Garlic: 1 (minced)
• Fresh lemon juice: 2-¼ tsp
• Tabasco sauce
• Onions: 3 tbsp (chopped)
• Light sour cream: 1/3 cup
• Large tomato: 1 (chopped)
• Salt: ¾ tsp (optional)
• Chili powder: ½ tsp
• Ground cumin: ¼ tsp

Method of preparation for Canyon Ranch Guacamole Recipes:

Steam the asparagus if you are not using freeze ones. Then combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend them till smooth. Take them to a large bowl and freeze them for several hours before serving. Serve chill.
