Ingredients for Canyon Ranch Guacamole Recipes
- Freshly ground black pepper: ¼ tsp
- Asparagus: 2 cups (chopped and lightly steamed)
- Garlic: 1 (minced)
- Fresh lemon juice: 2-¼ tsp
- Tabasco sauce
- Onions: 3 tbsp (chopped)
- Light sour cream: 1/3 cup
- Large tomato: 1 (chopped)
- Salt: ¾ tsp (optional)
- Chili powder: ½ tsp
- Ground cumin: ¼ tsp
Method of preparation for Canyon Ranch Guacamole Recipes:
Steam the asparagus if you are not using freeze ones. Then combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend them till smooth. Take them to a large bowl and freeze them for several hours before serving. Serve chill.
