Ingredients for Basic Chilly Sauce Recipes
- water: 2 cups
- red or green chiles: 2 lbs, roasted and skin removed
- garlic cloves: 2-3, peeled
- cumin: 1/2 teaspoon
- salt: 1 teaspoon
- lime: juice of 1/4
- oil: 2 tablespoons
- jalapenos seeded: 1-2 (optional for spiciness)
Method of preparation for Basic Chilly Sauce Recipes:
Firstly blend the chilies and process them. Then add the remaining ingredients to it and blend it until smooth.
