Ingredients for Basic Chilly Sauce Recipes

water: 2 cups
red or green chiles: 2 lbs, roasted and skin removed
garlic cloves: 2-3, peeled
cumin: 1/2 teaspoon
salt: 1 teaspoon
lime: juice of 1/4
oil: 2 tablespoons
jalapenos seeded: 1-2 (optional for spiciness)

Method of preparation for Basic Chilly Sauce Recipes:

Firstly blend the chilies and process them. Then add the remaining ingredients to it and blend it until smooth.
