Ingredients for Asparagus Guacamole Recipes
- fresh asparagus: 24 spears, trimmed and coarsely chopped
- salsa: 1/2 cup
- chopped cilantro: 1 tablespoon
- garlic: 2 cloves
- green onions: 4, sliced
Method of preparation for Asparagus Guacamole Recipes:
Boil the asparagus in a pot with sufficient water for about 5 minutes until they become tender but firm. Then blend all the ingredient asparagus, salsa, cilantro, garlic, and onions in blender for processing. Then refrigerate it for an hour and serve it cold.
