Ingredients for Apple Enchilada Dessert Recipes
- apple pie filling: 1 (21 ounce) can
- flour tortillas: 6 (8 inch)
- ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- margarine: 1/3 cup
- white sugar: 1/2 cup
- brown sugar: 1/2 cup packed
- water: 1/2 cup
Method of preparation for Apple Enchilada Dessert Recipes:
Spread fruit evenly onto all tortillas and sprinkle with cinnamon. Then roll up tortillas and place seam side down on lightly greased baking pan. Now add margarine, sugars and water to a boil in a medium sauce pan by reducing heat and simmer and stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Finally pour sauce evenly over tortillas; sprinkle with extra cinnamon on top if desired. Then bake for 20 minutes and serve it.
