Ingredients for Antojitos Minis Recipes
- black beans: 1/3 cup, drained
- flour tortillas: 4 (12 inch)
- hot salsa: 2 tablespoons
- cheddar cheese: 3 ounces , shredded white
- chili powder: 1/8 teaspoon
- monterey Jack cheese: 3 ounces shredded
- cheddar cheese: 3 ounces shredded
- tomato:1, diced
- red bell pepper: 1 cup chopped
- green onions: 1/8 cup chopped
Method of preparation for Antojitos Minis Recipes:
Firstly cut the tortillas into 6 smaller round pieces each. Now preheat the oven to 220 degrees and lightly grease two 12 cup muffin pans. Then insert the tortillas pieces into the muffin tin cups and arrange the remaining ingredients such as white Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, tomato, red bell pepper, green onions, black beans, hot salsa and chili powder in the cups as desired. Then bake it for around 5minutes till the cheeses are browned and bubbly.
