Ingredients for Carrot Soup
The follwing are the Ingredients for Carrot Soup

  • Chopped carrots – 3 cups
  • Tomatoes – 2
  • Milk – 5 tsp
  • Garlic – 2 tsp
  • Spice mixture (Roasted and Powdered cardamon, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cumin, coriander & nutmeg) – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • Butter – 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

  • Preparation Method for Carrot Soup

    The following is the preparation method for Carrot Soup

  • First, cook the carrots till they are soft
  • Boil the tomatoes and blanch them to remove skin and deseed them.
  • Strain this blend to get a smooth consistency.
  • Strain it to get the real smooth soup.
  • Melt the butter in thick bottomed vessel and add blended mixture.
  • Cook the mixture for a few minutes and then add milk and cook for sometime.
  • Switch off the gas and add some pepper and mix it.
  • Add some croutons.
  • Hot carrot soup is ready to serve.
