The following are the ingredients for the beetroot soup

  • Beetroots – 2
  • Basmati Rice – 2 tsp
  • Butter – 2 tsp
  • Water or vegetables – 2 to 3 cups
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Stock
  • Preparation Method for Beetroot Soup
    The following is the preparation method for beetroot soup

  • Peel the beetroot skin and grate them.
  • Heat butter in a pan, add grated beetroot and rice.
  • Allow them cook till the beetroot becomes soft and make sure that it doesn’t lose color.
  • Then add vegetable stock or water, pepper, and salt and bring them to boil till the rice get soft.
  • Hot beetroot soup is ready to be served. Garnish it with dash of butter or grated cheese.
